1.0: Totally disappointing stay

Based on reviews and the overall look of the hotel I had some hopes that this would be a decent experience when I went to check in. Instead I found a room that was supposedly clean with hair all over the bathroom floor and dead insects in the tub. In addition, the fan in the bathroom would not turn off at all.
