Horrible!

When looking for a hotel in the seacoast, NH area I looked at the Hampshire Inn website. It mentioned that they have "jacuzzi suites" available. I called and reserved one. The cost was $123.00 plus tax ($132.84), but I was willing to pay for the jacuzzi in my room. The site also shows that the hotel was given 5 stars. I paid cash upon arrival. When I arrived ...
