Simply Awfull - you have been warned

This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The standard is very poor. Although it is threadbare and in need of a major overhaul from top to bottom, the worst thing is that it is ranges from dirty to filthy and smelly to very smelly throughout. Tough Call

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for a weekend in April 07 while visiting AC for an ice hockey tournament. It really is a tough call on whether or not to recommend this place. Closing in September 2007 for much needed overhaul

We stayed here on July 4th 2007 since it was the only hotel available in AC and it has a great location on the boardwalk and the nicer end of the AC beaches. The staff told us that the hotel is closing for a major renovation in September 2007 and would probably open in the future under a new name... bigpapi04, a user of Tripadvisor.
