Unprofessional and uncaring

has gone way downhill over 3 years

... have stayed at the Sierra Inn for 3 years and after this summer's stay we will not return. ... been staying in Sierra Inn for 3-4 summers in a row and eat gets worst every year. Owners become absentee and no one is taking care of the place.
