Horrible Customer Service

Spoke to a woman and a gentleman on the phown about possibly blocking off some rooms for my wedding I said about 25-40. They were so unhelpful, rude, and not willing to work with anything I said. dont use the pool

The rooms were fine especially since there is a micro and fridge in every room. They were a good size the continental breakfast was more than I anticipated.
