Nice hotel, bad service

First the good: this is a nice Marriott -- clean, and very comfortable. For that reason alone, and because it is located near my parents' house, I would stay here again. And then the bad: customer service at this hotel is non-existent. Knowing I was going to need a late check-in, I called the hotel directly several days in advance to let them know.
