It is a 27 floor building with all the facilities one needs to be comfortable: restaurant, room service, pool, fitness area, etc etc. For those you will spend time in the room-the room's are comfortable with good space, good tv in multiple languages, in room safe and minibar. more on VirtualTourist

I found this to be the biggest drawback of this hotel--but as long as you ask for Paul at the front desk, things will be resolved (if they need be). more on VirtualTourist
