1.0: It was clean, and the staff was both helpful and friendly... but,

My wife and I spent our wedding night here five years ago, and it was wonderful. When our fifth-year anniversary rolled around this year, we thought that it would be nice to relive that night. OOPS Obviously, our first first visit warranted a second. So, where did things go awry in just five years? With a lack of information, we chalked it up to a change in management.
