Great new furnishings; poor housekeeping staff?
The new decor is beautiful, rooms are nicely appointed. However, housekeeping standards are lacking. The first room I was given smelled like very very bad, several day old BO. Newly Renovated Mess
Checked into hotel to find room with major dark stains on the carpet and two dead cockroaches on the floor. When I asked to be relocated, the desk person actually said "we've had problems with that room because it's so close to the pool". So, why were we put in there?!
