Terrible customer service, lack of incidentals, rough towels, etc.

We checked in around 4:30 and needed to utilize their free shuttle service at 5:45 to get to a wedding. We were told that they may not be available. This was the main reason for booking this hotel--due to the fact that they had free shuttle service w/in 5 miles of the hotel until 10 pm. We waited in our room for a phone call to confirm there would be a shuttle and that came at about 5:10. Pick another hotel to stay- don't go here

This is the first review I have ever written, but I feel I must because our experience was terrible. We arrived to check in, and place our bags in the room, and then go to our son's concert in the area. We thought check in would take 20-30 minutes tops. The reception desk was ok- gave us our key- we took our stuff up to our king size nonsmoking room. The room was filthy (like old dirt), smelled of mold ... dgbrnc, a user of Tripadvisor.
