Terrible customer service, lack of incidentals, rough towels, etc.
We checked in around 4:30 and needed to utilize their free shuttle service at 5:45 to get to a wedding. We were told that they may not be available. Great room, bad restaurant!
We went there for my husband's high school reunion. The room was clean and beautiful. We made the mistake of eating in the Italian restaurant. The rolls were stale. I ordered salad and fish. Pick another hotel to stay- don't go here
This is the first review I have ever written, but I feel I must because our experience was terrible.
