None of the other excersize machines were at all operating (like they weren't plugged in or something).-The manager isn't very professional. more on Yahoo! Travel

Furthermore, we asked him to put some extra towels and extra tea bags in our room-we even wrote it down for him-but the message never made it to housekeeping.-The door to the pool is broken, so you have to go to the front desk to get a special key. more on Yahoo! Travel
