The Hotel Chelsea, also referred to as the Chelsea Hotel, is a historic landmark in NYC that often draws tourists for a simple look around. Its been a notable location in NYC since the 1880s and currently acts as the cultural heart of the hip Chelsea neighborhood, where artists and bohemians have stayed and/or lived for the past 50+ years. This has long been the hotel of choice for writers, artists, musicians, rock stars, philosophers and the like; staying here you’ll get a chance to experience a part of that history, if just for a few days.
