Don't trust Quality Inn hotels reservation system. We booked room to Quality Inn Jamaica, New York and we also got confirmation 6 days before we arrived the hotel. This hotel was a dump. Unclean washrooms, horrible food, questionable bar that you had to walk through to get to your room and unfriendly staff. Altough I did not spend much time in the hotel and only had 2 meals, that was enough to make me never go back. I knew that I would not be in for a luxur... Travelerr101, a user of Tripadvisor.
