dont stay at this unprofessional hell hole

Do not stay at this unprofessional hellhole! My husband, my 4 yr old son, and I vacationed in the Kingston area and chose this hotel because of its indoor pool. We paid for two nights, because on the second day my husband went skiing on a mountain about an hour's drive away, and my son and I were left to swim in the pool for the day. This would have been a great plan except when my son and I changed into our suits and headed for the pool, it was closed, with no sign or anything else. I headed to the front desk and it turned out that the lifeguard had not shown up and the pool was closed for the day. What kind of hotel does not have a back-up lifeguard??
