Pleasant Stay in Mahwah
Spent one night here due to a family event in the area. Booked the room through Hilton's website. Received the AAA discounted rate of $107.00 for a 1 bedroom suite with a separate sitting area. When I phoned on my way to the airport to the hotel, was told by the front desk clerk that although she sees my reservation, they didn't have my room.
