I stay at this hotel two or three times a month and have been dissatisfied with the check in process many times in the last six months. When I incur problems, it is always the same person. Excellent sleeping
Without a reservation, we pulled up at 9pm on a Friday night and asked for a room. Although we tend to favor Hampton Inns when we're on road trips, it was still a very pleasant surprise to find this lovely hotel.
