TAKE THE LINCOLN TUNNEL RAMP. MERGE ONTO I-495. TAKE 495 TO THE NJ TURNPIKE. TAKE THE TURNPIKE TO EXIT 11 - THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY. TAKE THE PARKWAY TO EXIT 109. TAKE NEWMAN SPRINGS RD E TO ROUTE 35. TAKE ROUTE 35 NORTH TO BODMAN PLACE. THE OYSTER POINT WILL BE ON THE RIGHT -START ON THE JFK EXPY. FOLLOW SIGNS TO THE BELT PARKWAY EAST.
