Although the staff was friendly and courteous, they were working with a property that needs a complete facelift, from the bathroom (tub was not inviting) to no A /C in the hallways; A /C was not on in the rooms when we arrived (even though it was 97 degrees outside) and it was stifling; the continental breakfast offered coffee, juice, tiny muffins and mushy bagels. more on MyTravelGuide
