its a full service hotel, so they will make you pay even for internet, our room didnt have any fridge or microwave. Basically the mgmt said that you have to pay for everything. Wouldn't stay here again
Typical of upscale corporate hotels, the Somerset Marriott funnels most of its money into its public areas. The lobby was very nicely done, but the guestrooms and corridors showed signs of obvious wear. The hotel's convenience store, vending machines, and dining (in room and restaurant) cost an a... Decent hotel but would not pay full price.
Got this hotel via name your own price website so got a really good deal. Stayed for 5 nights. I had phoned and requested a non-smoking room, but when we checked in, we were put into a smoking room. Very disappointed
My husband's 40th class reunion was Saturday, July 14th. The hotel itself is very nice and the price for the room was reasonable, however we were extremely disappointed in the actual reunion.
