They didn't listen

I reserved a NON somking room, they gave me a smoking room. I didn't realize it until I was already "well settled" into the room. I actually paid 149 a night for this dump! We had our family reunion there. Well the owner of the hotel Olga was unprofessional. This place stinks, carpets are dirty.
