receptionist was mean

... were actually mean to us. I know that is hard to believe but it really happened. We were double charged too (which the manager fixed later). bad night sleep

What I'd expect for a 2-star

... here for one night because we were in town for a wedding. The receptionist was polite and check-in was a breeze. Stayed different times, different experiences.
