The worst Hampton Inn Hotel I've ever stayed

Not a good value

The beds are like a rock! Hurt my back and hips and they said ""all Hampton's are the same"". I know better. They furnished a ""pad"" but only a little help. Breakfast is just ""fair"", mostly carbs and not as nice as the usual Hamptons. My room has a chair that is small and very hard. Completely... William C., a user of travelocity.com. Worst Hampton Inn Ever!!!

We chose this hotel because we have had some great experiences in the past with the brand, but I've got to be honest, I'm wondering how this hotel has stayed open this long.
