This was nasty. I can't believe it has Best Western Franchise. They should really pay a surprise visit. The Rooms smellled of mildew. there was visable mildew on the bathroom ceiling Rm 179 & 180. 1. A/C barely worked and totally quit last night we stayed. Service person (one from America's most wanted) we will be watching. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The only good thing is if you want to be close to the Caverns.The breakfast was a rip-off and NOT a FULL one, as advertised, false. The bedding and towels smelled dirty.
