Bad beyond words

It's hard to know where to start to tell you how bad our experience was. We were supposed to stay here the night of our wedding. Well, we had an early wedding and we arrived at the time she said the room would be ready (4 PM, which is late anyway). Nope, not ready. Great Mountain Setting!
