Horrible experience at the Lodge
What a disappointing experience at The Lodge at Cloudcroft! We had been very excited to stay at this hotel due to its excellent reputation. I have stayed in many of the old historic hotels ... ralaws, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on tripadvisor

I stayed at the Cloudcroft Hotel in 12/04 with my husband and 4 year old daughter. Some friends of ours stayed down the hall in a rather nice room. We were at the back of the hotel in the very last room. We arrived late one night and when we got to our room there were two men dropping off the rollaway bed we asked for. As we walked in, they told us they had had some leaking problems where the snow had melted on the roof and was ... A TripAdvisor Member, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on tripadvisor
