Contrary, to the other review...our stay at the Cloudcroft Hotel was great!!! The people were some of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever meet. I had read mixed reviews of Cloudcroft but Frommer's gave it a two star (out of three) and said it shouldn't be missed so I gave it a try.
