Not the greatest customer service
The hotel was lovely and the decor is impressive. However, there was a front desk person who was quite rude to me. When I needed to check out she kept me waiting quite a while as she went thru hotel bills. She never made eye contact or said "I'll be right with you" and when she did finish her wor... FROM ELP - TAKE I 10 WEST TO I 25 NORTH, TAKE THE LOHMAN AVE. EXIT NO 3, TURN RIGHT ON LOHMAN, TURN RIGHT ON TELSHOR, SEE HOTEL 3 BLOCKS UP ON THE LEFT AT THE CORNER OF FOOTHILLS AND TELSHOR. FROM THE EL PASO AIRPORT THERE ARE CAR RENTAL SERVICES AVAILABLE AND ALSO AIRPORT OR CITY SHUTTLES AND LIMOUSINE SERVICES AVAILABLE. FROM THE LAS CRUCES AIRPORT THERE IS A COMPLIMENTARY HOTEL SHUTTLE VAN AVAILABLE. PLEASE CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
