Woman at check-in was friendly and helpful; room was clean but walls are paper thin. Plumbing worked poorly. Small pool. We tried to get in the outside door using our key cards at 9 a.m. and we were denied access even though checkout wasn't until 11. Great Motel and Value

What a deal!
I stayed three nights at this hotel and the staff was wonderful, so friendly and accomodating! I will stay here every time I visit Ruidoso. The price was so low for the value. I couldn't believe it.
