A real bummer.

After arriving at the Swiss Chalet for our long awaited "girls trip", we were a little dissapointed. Run-down place

Hotel was old and looked run-down (external appearance). Limited staff availability. Pool was not functional. Ice machines were not conveniently located for our room. At our arrival we noticed the upkeep of the exterior was shabby. When we checked in we were told the lounge and dinning room had been closed.
