Big Let Down
I reserved a room two weeks ahead of time, and was treated great. However, upon checking in, I was given a non-smoking room (asked for smoking) was told go ahead and smoke, would get ashtrays in the morning. My room is better !

Hated the Socorro Inn
My husband and I recently stayed at the Socorro Inn in Socorro, NM. Due to his disability we needed a handicapped room. I reserved the room over the telephone and was assured it would be handicapped accessible. However, a very large door to the bathroom made it extremely difficult to get his whee... Ickkkkkkkkkkk!
Wow, I cannot believe this place can stay in business. We checked in at 11:00 pm on a Thursday Night. Our first room was not made no sheets nada. Lousy Sorroco Hotel!
This is a lousy, ill-maintained hotel, such a rip-off that I'm taking the time to pan it several months after my stay! It's owned, I learned, by an out-of-town owner who obviously isn't putting his heart or money into it! Heater didn't work, lightbulbs were burned out, no cups or soap in the bath...
