BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This hotel has a secondary entrance that requires a keycard to enter. The lock was disabled/broken and allowed anyone to enter the interior of the hotel, unmonitored, at anytime time of the day or night. We got the off season rate. The hot tub met our needs exactly. The breakfast is included in the price. This hotel made me feel welcome: Some one was on duty at the desk when we walked in the door. She was the most indifferent, unfriendly person I have ever come across while travelling - and never even consulted me before running my card for an additional $150.
