The Little Inn Which Could and Does!!

My two sons and I happened upon this inn, while we were driving cross country. We could not have found a better place to rest, relax and have a good meal. Shabby nostalgia

We stayed here in hopes of recreating some of the nostalgia of the "Mother Road," historic Route 66. What we got was a rundown old motel badly in need of refurbishment. Nice rooms and fun in the lounge!

We began our trip eating there and staying someplace else. Well, after we decided to dance with the live bands music, things turned a bit wild. Good value Americana

We hadn't booked anywhere and just drove through town to find a place as the Blue Swallow was closed. It's not the Hilton and the rooms are showing their age but it has some character.
