We have stayed here to visit family often--at least twice a year. This past visit, we called to confirm from the highway and got an extremely rude receptionist. we stayed 3 days with an elderly parent awaiting sugery at albany med..she is very demanding! we found the rooms comfy...i thought the bed was great as were the pillows. the staff was friendly and the lobby area was welcoming if they would only turn down the a/c.
