Poor quality contrary to previous reviews

The front desk person who checked me in was very unprofessional. As I complained about her rudeness to a supervisor, she was trying to cover her up rather than simply admit and apologize. Meeting There Too Often!
It was an OK hotel - the rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.
