Very Noisy

I have recently stayed at this hotel...be certain not to accept any rooms near elevators. Person were taking the elevators in to the late hours of the morning and in my opinion were very drunk, loud and and no regard to persons sleeping. Non-smoker

A week after checking out of my room, I received a letter stating that I was being charged $250.00 for smoking in the room. Problem is I don't smoke. We chose this hotel for the convenient location

I was in town for the weekend to attend a friend's wedding in Williamsville and we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott because it was close to the reception.
