3.0: Great value, but beware unreliable shuttle service

Overall, this hotel offers a very good value. Rooms were extremely clean -- the bathroom was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected -- in addition to the usual cold cereal and pastries/bagels were sausage and eggs muffins, make-your-own belgian waffles, yogurt, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. (The breakfast room, however, was small and crowded). My only complaint with the hotel was its shuttle service. We took the subway in from the city and called several stops ahead to make sure the shuttle would be available to pick us up when we arrived. Well, we got off the ... SueCav, a user of Tripadvisor.
