I loved the people who worked at this Holiday Inn. The service was amazing and so was the location. The fact that there was a 24/hour Wallgreens across the parking lot helped a lot!

The decor in this hotel is looking jaded and it has that slight musty smell associated with an older property. We booked through 'Skoosh' for a non smoking room but were informed that a smoking room had been booked in spite of our original confirmation print out confirming a non smoking room. We went to Buffalo for the BIlls game but we made a weekend out of it so we could head up to Canada for the falls. We arrived fairly late Friday night and had no issues at all checking in, the front desk was very accommodating when we requested a specific room type (even though they were sold out...
