Rude and Inefficient Staff
I stayed here 2 nights and the first morning the shower did not work. Only a trickle of luke-warm water. Advised the desk to fix it,as I was staying over again. I was in the Buffalo area, and I actually work for another Hotel chain that is not in the Buffalo area. We had frequented several hotels for rates near the Airport and the prices were so highly horrendous. We actually stumbled across this hotel to stay at when we were shopping.
