Beuatiful foods but it is not cozy

We just came back from a week at Roycroft Inn. We were so looking forward to go there. It looked so pretty and cozy place in the website. However, when we arrived at the reception of the Inn,We faced some impression. The receptionist did not say even "welcome" to us. In stead of this, she said to us, " give me your credit card".
