Courtyard meets expectations

A fine, convenient hotel clustered in the 'hotel park' right across from Carrier, and just off the Thurway. Facilities are good - not spectacular, but of high quality for a hotel at this point in the quality scale. Everything was perfect except for the air conditioning in the room. It wasn't cold enough even after the staff came to fix it.
