Kitchens in "suites" have two plates, forks, glasses, etc.; a pot or two. No dishwasher. Basically you could nuke something, but no real cooking with the utensils and equipment provided. The Fishkill ESA was in a great location with several restaurants and shopping opportunities close by. The rooms were neat and clean. The beds were comfortable.
