• did not eat dinner at the castle, we ate at the cobblestone (just a two minute drive from white springs, was superb) more on TripAdvisor
• We stayed for an overnight in the Nicholas room, clean, private, very nice. Jacuzzi, gas fireplace, huge bed, ice machine in hallway a short walk away.
