When I informed the woman at the front desk that the air conditioning didn't work, the lamp between the beds didn't work and the fan in the bathroom didn't work her only reply was "OK." NOT OK! I was hosting a psychic faire on May 26 & 27, 2007 and the RIT Inn offered me a good price for the size of the rental. I signed the initial contract in February and put $250 down. DIRECTION TO THE PROPERTY FROM AIRPORT ROC - EXIT AIRPORT PROPERTY AND GO RIGHT ONTO BROOKS AVE. TAKE 390 SOUTH TO LEHIGH STATION ROAD EXIT. TAKE A RIGHT OFF THE EXIT AND A LEFT ONTO ROUTE 15. HOTEL IS LOCATED 1/4 MILE ON RIGHT.
