3.0: Good for the money

We recently stayed at the Best Western, JFK Airport location in Jamaica, New York. Advertising it as a new hotel is misleading. The buidling is not new, the renovations are. Stayed from Nov 28 to Dec 18. Where shall I start. Stayed for three weeks(had no say in the matter). during that time the door keys failed to operate on six occassions. We stayed here for one night in September - that was enough! Room had chair with springs hanging out of the bottom. We slept on top of the bed after seeing pest control man at reception.
