I was only staying at the hotel for one night, and was pleased with my stay with two exceptions (1) the shower was broken and (2) cleaning service tried to enter without knocking after 10pm, thinking the room was empty. Ideal for JFK overnight stops or early flights
Pick-up service from Air Train was good/convenient. Morning drop off at required terminal is excellent. No fuss. Excellent food in hotel resturaunt.
