Horrible Customer Service

It's a shame because this is a very nice looking hotel, however the customer service leaves little to be desired. My husband and I stayed a night in February 07. When we arrived it was snowing and had a hard time finding a parking space. We later went to an event and did not return until late. When we returned the parking lot still did not look as if it had been plowed (8 hours later) and there were no parking spots. All the other makeshift spots were also taking. Did not appreciate having my jewelry stolen!!!!

The hotel itself was ok. Our room window faced the wall of another part of the building, so we were not able to see outside without craning the neck to see a sliver of the outside world. What REALLY ruined our trip was that once I got home I realized that a little velvet box with a diamond necklace, diamond earrings and a pair of silver monogrammed earrings was STOLEN from my makeup bag which was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Newest And Nicest Hotel In Town

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites May 13, 2007. In my opinion it is one of the nicest Hamptons we have ever stayed at. It is new and only has 71 rooms and no pets allowed. They are thinking of going all non smoking. Hope they do. The regular rooms are typical sized Hampton in rooms but their King suites are HUGE. It would be great for a family that had small kids.
