Horrible Customer Service

It's a shame because this is a very nice looking hotel, however the customer service leaves little to be desired. My husband and I stayed a night in February 07. Did not appreciate having my jewelry stolen!!!!

The hotel itself was ok. Our room window faced the wall of another part of the building, so we were not able to see outside without craning the neck to see a sliver of the outside world. Great hotel!

This hotel is on the outskirts of Jamestown but very accessible to the highway. We found the hotel to be extremely clean with an almost "brand new" feel to it. Newest And Nicest Hotel In Town

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites May 13, 2007. In my opinion it is one of the nicest Hamptons we have ever stayed at. It is new and only has 71 rooms and no pets allowed.
