We were there shortly after they opened and the place was perfect. I have never slept on a more comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to accommodate any request. I was in Lake George for the past weekend and let me tell you this was a great experience and it was all because of the hotel. The service was great and the people were very helpful. The staff here was so genuine and friendly, and really went out of the their way to do whatever was needed to make us happy and comfortable.
