BIG CHARGE TO CANCEL!!
My husband and I had planned a trip to New England when he had a medical emergency and we had to cancel. Surfside charged us an entire nights stay to cancel even though we gave them 4 nights notice! Great location, extremely small room
Booked a lakeview family suite over the Memorial Day weekend for a group of 7 since the hotel website mentioned that the suite has 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. When we got there, we felt almost cheated and I immediately called the front desk but there wasn't anything they could do since they wer... snofy, a user of Tripadvisor. I absolutely loved the poolside cabins. The cabins were big enough and during a heat wave, the air conditioners worked well. The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I like the place,but it is so strssful when you can't sleep at night because of the noice,made by drunk boys and girls.You have to do something about this.

pee in the bed
the hotel seemed nice, smelled , we had 2 rooms parking VERY tight. but it was 11;30 pm when i went to get in bed and it smelled of pee....i called the front desk and they tried to put new sheets on. i made them flip the bed,because the smell was so bad, it was a no flip bed, so it was like sleep... twzzlr123, a user of Tripadvisor.
