Denise handled our reservations, and couldn't have been nicer! In our party were two (2) couples, all going to Lake Placid for the first time. Don't ask for extra towels!
Our bathroom structure was from the 70's, the bedroom decor was from the 80's. Pool was not heated. Service was rude. Our late arrival (10:30pm) was met with hostility.
