Wonderful views!
Room 33 was very nice when we stayed 7/26/07. We had a great view of the bay/lake and mountains! The hotel offers free use of canoes, row boats and paddleboats. LOVED IT
We stayed here for a long weekend from October 5-8, 2007 and we had a kitchenette unit behind the lobby. It was very quiet. We walked in and were quite pleased. The room was very big. For the price and time of year, a good deal
We found this motel through the web and made reservations on very short notice.They had vacancies even though there was a huge annual horseshow going on in Lake Placid. Nice motel - would suit a lot of tastes
This hotel is on Lake Placid a little distance from Main Street and Mirror Lake. You could walk to Main Street from the hotel, though some folks might consider it a long walk.
