I would recommend a stay of any length at the New York Palace to anyone who plans to be in New York City, but just know up front that it will break your heart when you have to leave. more on Agoda.com

Every member of their staff with whom I had the pleasure of interacting was extremely courteous, obliging, and knowledgeable-one concierge was even patient and kind enough to talk me through (over the phone, when my reception was bad) getting to Chelsea on the subway when I accidentally ended up going from downtown Manhattan all the way out to Coney Island, and he did so with a friendly smile detectable in his voice the entire time. more on Agoda.com
